Shells of old disposible cameras are harder to find now that everyone has a camera in their phone, but they are still being sold and used. I had a bunch stored from years ago, so I dug them up and tested them out. |

It might just be an illustion, but these flashes seem much brighter than what I'm used to with my digital. |
At the very least, I should be able to defend myself against Raymond Burr. |

And here's a shot of my time at the electrical tape store. |
Both spray paint and latex paint have a nasty effect on the surface of styrofoam, so I tried wrapping the camera bodies with black electrical tape. It looked somewhat less awesome than I wanted, but it was black and shiny, so I was satisfied. |
I tried to give the cameras a little variety, but they had pretty much the same shape. The next step, before I attached the lenses, was to plan how the cameras and heads would ultimately be attached to a harness. |

Next I added some horns to each side. Each of these pipes would hold one head and camera, with a vertical branch at the end to serve as the bracket which holds the flash unit above the camera.
