Time for soft serve! I don't think there has ever been a Maker Faire with poor weather in California.

My kids verifying the flatness of some holograms, because they didn't trust their own eyes.

And here's Froggy's World, a completely different type of kinetic sculpture.

Another robot, probably trying laying a trap of some kind.

I didn't see these lightsabers demonstrated. I assume they used the force.

This kid was trying to invent the first remote control Ouroboros.

Some laser-cut speaker grilles and signage.

Your typical, everyday latte art robot.

Windell from Evil Mad Scientist Labs was teamed with Super Awesome Sylvia showing off the WaterColorBot. A lovely machine that my son couldn't get enough of.

A drone exhibition.

Another view of the Expo hall.

A look at the CuriOdyssey booth.

The CuriOdyssey booth had a brilliant, brilliant display which demonstrated mechanical gears, gates and motivators. The two-sided glass display gave kids a single tool to help motivate small balls through a course of tubes through the machine.
