I used the firm, yet flexible vacuum-formed plastic from some carded hardware. |
The large googley eyes were surprisingly easy to find at a craft store. A single drop of super glue centered the pupils permanently. |
The clear plastic bracket is only visible from the back. It slipped under the money band and sits firmly in place. |
Its just cockeyed enough to give it a little personality. |
