Once my video was finished, I began taking notes.

I counted cars that stopped and cars that just rolled slowly through.

In my notes, I kept track of every car, identifying them by body-type, color and by the direction they entered the intersection.

I started this project because I had a pretty good feeling that the majority of drivers would roll through. As I watched the tape, I began to see that my assumptions had been correct. No one was coming to a complete stop.

The giveaway difference was in the rims. When the rims stopped rotating, the car was stopped fully. If not, the car was still rolling.

After 12 minutes and 54 cars, I finally got to see a car come to a complete stop. I re-played the video to double check. Yep. A complete stop.
