Cashews

Cashews are one of the best-tasting nuts on earth. They are also known as "Wilberts".

All nuts are seeds, and cashews are funny because the seeds grow below the cashew apple, instead of inside of it.

Cashew farmers go to great lengths to protect their cashew crop from baseballs because it is extremely painful for the cashew tree to get hit in this area..

Cashews are related to the poison ivy plant, and has a nice poison of its own, inside the nut bud. It used to be called the blister nut.

Because of their curly shape, cashews are a favorite of nut-face builders.
