MySpace.com prohibits the distribution or use of any automated programs (BOTS, Crawlers Trackers etc.) that may affect, alter, or locate specific information or images on our website. Use of any automated program, service, code affecting MySpace.com or its users is a violation of the MySpace.com Terms of Service.

Tracking programs violate numerous federal and state laws, including and not limited to the Consumer Protection Against Computer Spyware Act. It is illegal to record user information (email address, IP information etc) without their expressed consent.

MySpace reserves the right to terminate your MySpace account, or those being offered on eBay, for violation of the MySpace Terms of Service.
