Hey Rob,

I saw that Tarzana was taken care of so I decided to

check out the 1200 west 7th action. Seems they are a

little militaristic around there. I have included a

picture of the security Guard who escorted me out of

the lobby before I could take a picture of the

building tenants list. Security gave me a song and

dance about needing an ID badge while wielding radios

and what looked to be a stun gun. Classy folks no

doubt. Anyway there it is. The Building's Management

company is Morlan Management Corp. Tel: 213 430 0702.

The Building super is C. David Anderson and the

building is called "The Garland Building." C David

leaves at 5pm, but the guys in the engineering

department do pick up and are happy to transfer you to
