Which is good, because the Nouveau Riche University isn't an institution of higher learning accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, and its classes aren't recognized by the California Real Estate Commissioner. Nor could I find an "edu" domain name for Nouveau Riche University.

If you take classes at Nouveau Riche University, you aren't going to end up any closer to having a real estate license.
