As Stacy and I left Target Saturday, March 26th at 1:42pm, we spotted a Toyota SUV on its side on Fulton Avenue. |

A guy with a tan cap and sunglasses was on top of it, helping the five kids out. |

I didn't want to just stand there like an idiot, doing nothing, but there were already many people assessing and assisting. I went up the road and waved traffic away for a few minutes before firetrucks showed up. |

I can't imagine what the circumstances that caused the accident were. There didn't
seem to be a second vehicle involved.

The guy in the hat walked off after helping the kids out. I would have liked to have met him.
