Wendy's used to OWN the 99¢ Value Menu. Then one day it's almost like someone high up said "You know, other burger places are also adding 99¢ items to their menu, let's reduce the size of our menu and at the same time let's make our Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger smaller too!"
