Ok, one more. This time, I'm testing the ice-keeping properties of a refrigerator and a box, again with two equal-sized glasses of ice.

Which block of ice will last the longest? The ice sealed inside a small cardboard box, or ice sitting inside the refrigerator? We had some friends over on Saturday night, so the door to the refrigerator was opened a dozen or more times. |
The refrigerator ice should be constantly subjected to a flood of cold air, and the cardboard box ice should be able to nearly stabilize the temperature of its sealed interior. |
