Although registered with the name "Robert Cockerham", mere possession of this card means more than just status and prestige... it means savings*!

Card must be used in conjunction with actual money. Not a charge card. Not a debit card, not an identification card. Card user must be 18 years of age or older.

Card cannot be used as a burglary tool.

You can also download the application for a free Safeway card from there. I don't advise that though, that application is hella tricky, strewn with legalese mumbo jumbo.. and you have to have a pen on you, and you have to bring it to a real-life Safeway store to get your card.
