This black Stetson is Size 7¼. I found it sitting on top of a pile of junk donations outside of a Purple Heart Thrift store. There was no way I was going to let that great hat go to the thrift store, so I grabbed it for myself!

Unfortunately, my head is about a 9.4, bigger than all the stars of Friends put together, so this hat just sits right on top of my head like a bird on a nest. 

Besides, I'm not really cut out to be a cowboy.

I hear the way to tell if a used hat is in good condition is to check the white ribbon in the back. If it is super bright white, the hat hasn't been worn much, but if it is dark, it is an older hat.

This one was enhanced in photoshop to be as white as internet explorer will allow.

This tag looks a little cruddy, but the headband part is clean and new.
